What is the Fidelity Card?

The Fidelity Card is a loyalty card that rewards your purchases: for each order you make, the sum of products purchased will be transformed into points that give you access to discount vouchers.

How do I earn points?

€1.00 = 1 POINT

for all products not subject to promotion

€2.00 = 1 POINT

for all products on promotion

What do I get?

Once you reach one of the four point thresholds indicated, you can turn your points into discount vouchers.

Where can I use my Discount Vouchers?

Print or state your Fidelity Card number and receive your discount at the checkout.

I have reached one of the discount voucher thresholds: How can I use it?

Once you reach one of the required thresholds, you can take advantage of the discount voucher by showing your Fidelity Card in-store at the checkout at the time of payment.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can always check your Fidelity Card balance by asking the in-store staff.

How is a returned product paid for using a discount voucher refunded?

If you purchase a product applying one of the discount vouchers, you will be refunded the actual amount spent and the points used.

For example, if you earn a €25 discount voucher and decide to use it to buy a product that costs €75, the refund will consist of the crediting of the €50 actually spent and the 550 points used as a €25 discount voucher.

What should I do if I’ve mislaid my Fidelity Card?

Don’t worry, the Fidelity Card is nominal and you can block it to activate a new one. The points you have accumulated so far will be credited back to you on the new Fidelity Card.

Do the points I’ve collected have to be used within a certain date?

Consult the Terms and Conditions to find out the expiry date, after which it is no longer possible to use the points you have collected.

Can I gift or transfer my points to another Fidelity Card?

No, points cannot be transferred or gifted to another Fidelity Card user.

If you mislay your Fidelity Card, you can block it and activate a new one. The points you have accumulated so far will be credited back to you on the new Fidelity Card.

Can I use the discount vouchers in conjunction with other promotions?

No, Fidelity Card discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Can I apply discount vouchers to products on sale or promotion?

No, discount vouchers cannot be used on products that are on sale or promotion.

However, do remember that if you only buy products that are on sale or promotion you can still collect points on each order.

What happens if I entirely return an order where one or more items were paid for using a discount voucher?

If you return an entire order (or some of the items in the order) all your Fidelity Card discount points will be refunded in full.

What happens if I partially return an order where one or more items were paid for using a discount voucher?

In the case of a partial return (the return of one or more items from your order, but not all), the points corresponding to the Fidelity Card discount applied to the items returned will be refunded.

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If your order is cancelled, your Fidelity Points will be returned.

I’ve reached a discount voucher threshold and I’m about to buy products in the sale together with full-price products: can I use the discount voucher?

In order to apply the Fidelity Card discount voucher, full-price products must have a value of at least € 1 higher than the amount of the voucher. 

Remember that the discount voucher cannot be used on products that are on sale or on promotion, so these will not be counted in the total amount for the use of the discount voucher.

For example, if you have earned a €25 discount voucher and there is a product on sale with a value of €30 and a full-price product with a value of €50 in your cart, the discount voucher can only be used on the product at the full price of €50.

If, on the other hand, your cart contains a product on sale for the value of €30 and a product at the full price of €20, the discount voucher cannot be used because the value of the voucher is greater than the total sum of products at full price.

However, do remember that if you only buy products that are on sale or on promotion you can still collect points on each order.

Can I have more than one Fidelity Card?

Fidelity Cards are only valid in the country they are supplied. Therefore you can only have one Fidelity Card per country, but several Fidelity Cards in all if you have signed up to different Fidelity programmes in different countries.

For example, you can have a Fidelity Card Austria and a Fidelity Card France at the same time.

If I have a Fidelity Card Austria and I make a purchase at an Intrend store in a different country to Austria, can I accumulate points on my Card?

No, to accumulate points by shopping at an Intrend store located in a different country, you must belong to the Fidelity Card programme of that country.

For example, if I have a Fidelity Card Austria and I make a purchase in an Italian Intrend store, I will not accumulate points on my Austrian Fidelity Card.

To accumulate points at that store I must belong to the “Intrend Fidelity Card Italia” programme.
